Made with for life
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous and flowing style of yoga. It involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures, which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body.
Slow Flow Yoga provides poses that range from gentle to challenging, but done with stable, self-centering energy. The pace of these classes is understandably slower and emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining of balanced, slow breathing. This slower pace is more conducive to the meditative practices of mindfulness of action and awareness of breathing.
Yin Yoga is a stillness based style of modern yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
